3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Perfumes, fragrances, and other personal-care products that have been opened or used.

  • Earbuds, handsfree devices, and other personal audio products that have been opened or used.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care.

  • Products returned without their original packaging or included accessories, where applicable.

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted unless approved by Styles Arena or required by applicable law.

6. Return Shipping Costs

7. Promotional Offers and Free Gifts

If an order includes a promotional offer, bundle, or free gift, the free gift must also be returned when required as part of an approved return of the full promotional bundle.

If only part of a bundle is returned, the refund amount may be adjusted to account for the promotion, where permitted by applicable law. Any adjustment will be explained before the return is finalized.

8. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests can be accommodated only if the order has not already been processed or shipped.
